management system into a modern, scalable multitenant SaaS
platform deployed on AWS GovCloud. This full-stack initiative
serves diverse stakeholders across Texas counties—including
Clerks, Judges, District/County Attorneys, and Justice of the
Peace offices.

Full-Stack Development: Led full-stack
development of the platform, building over 3,000 secure and
scalable REST APIs with Spring Boot and Java, and architecting
600+ reusable front-end components in React.

implemented the multi-tenant cloud architecture, enabling
configuration and data isolation for 15+ county clients with
support for rapid onboarding of additional jurisdictions.

monolithic JSP-based system into a modular, microservice-ready
architecture, improving scalability, maintainability, and
